CROSS-REACTIVITY 交叉反應

At concentrations as high as 100,000 ppm, no cross-reactivity was observed in a large panel of assayed samples, including: walnut, hazelnut, pecan, peanut, pistachio, cashew, pecan, macadamia nut, Brazil nut, and pine nut.

在濃度高達100,000 ppm時，對一份大型分析樣品中沒有觀察到交叉反應，包括：核桃、榛子、胡桃、花生、開心果、腰果、澳洲堅果、巴西堅果、松子。

RECOVERY 回收

Recovery of spiked Almond samples at various concentrations was efficient (>90%) when the following food matrices were assayed: chocolate, cereals, ice cream.
