一、南澳電氣NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置設備用途
南澳電氣NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置主要用于SF6電器開關制造廠、研究所、試驗站、鐵路和鋼鐵冶煉、發電廠、送變電工程公司、超高壓輸變電站等供配電部門對GIS SF6開關電器進行抽真空、充氣、回收凈化SF6氣體及液化罐裝貯存SF6氣體。南澳電氣NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置也可用于SF6開關電器產品在安裝、調試及檢修時使用的輔助設備，除去超標的水分、油份、塵埃等雜質，提升其絕緣性能。南澳電氣NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置的工作原理是用于主機將設備氣室內的SF6氣體抽出并壓縮至臨界壓力，使其成為液體后存入貯罐中貯存。在開關室需要時，將貯罐中的氣體回充到設備室內。其中還含有干燥系統、凈化系統，保證回收的SF6氣體中的含水量、含油量及雜質達到國家標準。南澳電氣NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置同時還含有抽真空系統，保證設備中盡量不混入空氣和雜質。也可用于別的氣體的使用。
二、南澳電氣NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置裝置主要性能標
1、抽真空速率
在初壓力為0.1 Mpa終壓力小于133 pa條件下，抽真空速率為小于10m3/ h 、5m3/ h。
2、充氣速率
在初壓力小于133pa終壓力達0.8Mpa條件下，充氣速率為小于10m3/ h 、5 m3/ h。
3、回收速率
在初壓力為0.8Mpa終壓力小于100pa條件下，回收速率為2m3/h。
4、凈化SF6氣體純度(質量控制)：回收后SF6氣體的微量水份（氣體濕度）小于50PPMm/V(體積比)，油份小于10PPMm/G(重量比)，塵埃粒徑小于20μm。
5、凈化SF6氣體溫度控制：
制冷機溫度設定為0℃-20℃儲液罐加熱溫度設定溫度為100℃，活化分子篩加熱溫度設定為400℃。
6、裝置的真空度保持：在133Pa壓力下保持24h，真空度上升小于400Pa。
7、凈化SF6氣體濕度控制：當氣源的六氟化硫氣體濕度為:≥1000μL/L時，經一次回收后的氣體濕度應低于: ＜80μL/L。
8、最高儲氣壓力：＜4.0Mpa。
9、裝置平均無故障時間≥1000h。
10、累積無故障運行時間≥5000h。
