進口熱動力疏水閥
進口熱動力疏水閥是根據伯努力熱動力原理，利用蒸汽和凝結水的熱動力學不同的特性，引起動能和勢能動靜壓變化。使動作件閥片上下壓差變化，啟動閥片開啟和關閉，從而達到阻汽排水目的。
熱動力圓盤式疏水閥適用于蒸汽管網及設備中，能自動排出凝結水、空氣及其它不凝結氣體，并阻水蒸汽泄漏的閥門。
進口疏水閥的分類：
根據疏水閥工作原理的不同，疏水閥可化為以下幾種類型：
1 機械型：依靠蒸汽疏水閥內凝結水液位高度的變化而動作，包括：?
浮球式：浮子為封閉的空心球體?
敞口向上浮子式：浮子為開口向上的桶型?
敞口向下浮子式：浮子為開口向下的桶型?
2 熱靜力型：依靠液體溫度的變化而動作，包括：?
雙金屬片：敏感原件為雙金屬片?
蒸汽壓力式：敏感原件為波紋管或墨盒，內部充入揮發性液體?
3 熱動力型：依靠液體的熱動力學性質的變化而動作。?
圓盤式：由于在相同的壓力下，液體與氣體的流速不同，所產生的不同的動，靜壓力，驅使圓盤閥片動作?
脈沖式：由于不同溫度的凝結水通過兩極串連節流孔板式，坐在兩極節流孔板之間形的不同壓力，驅使閥瓣動作。
進口熱動力疏水閥工作原理：
??進口熱動力疏水閥內有一個閥片，既是敏感件又是動作執行件。當裝置啟動時，管道出現冷卻凝結水，凝結水靠工作壓力推開閥片，迅速排放。當凝結水排放完畢，蒸汽進入疏水閥內，蒸汽的體積迅速擴大，蒸汽比凝結水的流速大，使閥片上下產生壓差，閥片在蒸汽流速的吸力下迅速關閉。當閥片關閉時，閥片受到兩面壓力，閥片下面的受力面積小于上面的受力面積，因疏水閥汽室里面的壓力來源于蒸汽壓力，所以閥片上面受力大于下面，閥片緊緊關閉。當疏水閥汽室里面的蒸汽降溫成凝結水，汽室里面的壓力消失。凝結水靠工作壓力推開閥片，凝結水又繼續排放，循環工作，間斷排水。
