變壓器繞組的直流電阻測試是變壓器在交接、大修和改變分接開關(guān)后，必不可少的試驗項目。通過測量變壓器繞組的直流電阻，可以檢查出引線的焊接或連接質(zhì)量，繞組有無匝間短路或開路，以及分接開關(guān)的接觸是否良好等情況。在以前對直阻的測量均采用QJ44雙臂電橋來測量，而這類電橋的測量電流為毫安級，測量起來時間需要很長，而且精度也較低。為了改變這種狀況，縮短測量時間以及減輕測試人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān)，本公司開發(fā)了1A直流電阻快速測試儀。本儀器是取代直流單、雙臂電橋的高精度換代產(chǎn)品。儀器采用了先進(jìn)的開關(guān)電源技術(shù)，其測量速度比電橋快一百多倍，顯示部分由四位半LCD液晶顯示測量結(jié)果，三位半LCD液晶顯示環(huán)境溫度或測試電流值，克服了其它同類產(chǎn)品由LED顯示值在陽光下不便讀數(shù)的缺點(diǎn)，同時具備了自動消弧功能。該直流電阻快速測試儀具有測速快、精度高、顯示直觀、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、體積小、耗電省、測試數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定可靠、不受人為因素影響等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。儀器內(nèi)裝可充電電池組(12V)，交直流兩用，便于現(xiàn)場及野外測試。
