This apparatus can be used for inspecting ａnd analyzing the particulate size, cleanliness, ａnd pollutant of oil; Maintenance of hydraulic instrument; Wear test of hydraulic components; Testing of non-soluble particulate in purified solution or super purified water. Property of the instrument:
This tester adopts the principal of light blockage to detect the size ａnd quantity of the unsolvable particles. Its characteristics are as follows: Many functions are deposited in one device, touch screen display, singlechip control, integrated analysis software, dispensing with external computer ａnd printer, random enactment of particle size count, automatically diagnose ａnd adjustment, menu operation, single keystroke start-up, automatically speediness sampling.
It can be used in industries such as: aviation spaceflight, electric power, petroleum, chemical, transport, port, metallurgy, mechanism, automobile manufactory, refrigeration, electron, semiconductor, mechanical engineering, hydraulic system, etc.
It can be used for inspecting not only the size ａnd quantity of unsolvable particles which is in organic liquid, polymer solution, but also the pollution’s degree of hydraulic pressure oil, lube oil, electric insulating oil (capacitor oil), steam turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water base hydraulic pressure oil, etc.
The oil deposited in the apparatus is in accord with standards ISO4406, NAS1638, ａnd the oil will be changed according to standards required by consumer.
