Shenzhen SGS provides metallographic analysis and testing services for cast iron
鑄鐵，金相
鑄鐵：含碳量在2%以上的鐵碳合金。工業用鑄鐵一般含碳量為2.5%～3.5%。碳在鑄鐵中多以石墨形態存在，有時也以滲碳體形態存在。根據石墨形態，斷口顏色，化學成分，生產方法等，主要可分為灰口鑄鐵，白口鑄鐵，可鍛鑄鐵，球墨鑄鐵，蠕墨鑄鐵，合金鑄鐵等。日常見得比較多的灰鑄鐵，球墨鑄鐵，其在正式投入生產前，往往需要驗證其石墨等級、大小、形狀、分布等情況，以確保其性能達到使用級別。
